  41.    Taglines are the little amusing (or not) messages found at the 
  42.    bottom of email messages. However not all mail systems support 
  43.    them automatically. Gothic Tag is the solution.

  45.    Gothic Tag is a thing for adding taglines to the bottom of email
  46.    messages.  Or alternatively a thing for adding email messages to
  47.    the top of taglines.

  49.    This tiny utility will invisibly add a witty remark to any 
  50.    message written in any mail software, whether it is on Usenet,
  51.    Fidonet, Virtualnet or any other network.
